About Us

Black Collar Press is a small publishing house started by authors Livia Grant and Jennifer Bene in late 2016. The purpose was simple - to create a place where the erotic, kinky, and exciting worlds they love to explore could thrive and be joined by other like-minded authors.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I submit a book to you?

The short answer - yes.

The long answer is that we have a variety of series that will be published through Black Collar Press and each series will run through seasons where we accept submissions to be included as an author. There are always limited spaces, and the expectation is that all requests be submitted to [email protected] when a series is open for submissions.

What kind of books do you publish?

Black Collar Press publishes what we like to refer to as edgy BDSM romance. While each of our books are a love story, these are not sweet romances. Whether you're deciding if you want to read our books, or write for us, it's important to know that at Black Collar Press we pride ourselves on not being afraid to go a little dark sometimes, while remaining true to the tenets of BDSM even if our Doms can be a little rough and dangerous. We welcome kinks and fetishes of all kinds into the series, and are now also accepting MM and FF stories.

Not sure if your idea fits? Just reach out and talk to us about it.
